I want to send a gigantic thank you to Jakki Leatherberry and to all of the gracious people at Meryton Press for allowing me to host the upcoming cover reveal for Jenetta James’ soon-to-be-released book, “The Elizabeth Papers.” I love the banner they made exclusively for Just Jane 1813, which is here for me to share with you today. Isn’t it a splendid banner?
When I saw the cover, I thought it was the perfect image for this story, which is set in two very different time periods. Once you see it on May 17th, I think you’ll agree too!
Not only am I over the moon to share this cover reveal on May 17th with my Just Jane 1813 readers, I am also excited to share with you that I have already read my review copy of this book and I believe that you are in for such a splendid treat when you read this story… But be warned… I read it all in one loooong stretch… and then I reread half of it the very next day because I just couldn’t help myself… Now I must pay the price with overloaded laundry baskets and plenty of messes to tidy up around here…Yet, it was certainly worth it!
I will also be posting a review of this book for the Meryton Press Blog Tour and I can’t wait to tell you just a tiny bit about this book during my review. Also, the talented Austenesque editor, Christina Boyd, who is the editor of this upcoming book, will be here to visit Just Jane 1813 during the month of May for an exclusive interview.
Now I can’t wait to hear from my lovely readers! What do you think of this little sneak peek? Have you been anxiously awaiting this book, or are you just finding out about it now? Please share your thoughts with us on this post in the comments section because I am so curious to read your thoughts! Hopefully, you have read Jenetta’s debut book, “Suddenly Mrs. Darcy,” which I reviewed last year, and which earned her a 2015 Just Jane 1813 Reviewer’s Favorite New JAFF Author Award. Jenetta also wrote an exclusive vignette based on this book titled,“Suddenly a Married Man” for my Just Jane 1813 readers.
So, whether you’re already a fan of Jenetta’s work or you’re new to her talents, I can’t wait to see you here on May 17th for the full cover real of “The Elizabeth Papers,” which was already reviewed by Publishers Weekly!
